Tax Money.
One of my roommates (who is quite old - i.e., he’s an independent student) got his OSAP money today. First thing he did? Go out to the computer store, buy parts for a little bit more than 1.5 grand and bring it home. He has absolutely no idea how to install the parts. Other items in his room consists of more tricked out laptops, two xboxes with xbox live subscriptions.
This is where our tax money goes to, Canada. This.
